  • Wild Bear Falls Water Park: Year round visitors come for this water park at the Westgate Smoky Mountain Resort. It is a 60,000 square foot park that is the largest in the southern region of the country. It is the fifth largest water park in the United States with more than 300,000 gallons of water. A long lazy river, toddler play areas and large pool are available to guests.
  • Westgate Smokehouse Grill: This on site casual restaurant serves breakfast and dinner. Visitors to the resort will be able to dine on St. Louis BBQ ribs and a full menu of other favorites. Also nearby to the restaurant is Mason Jar Lounge, which offers a full bar service and snack items. There are televisions here for sports or news viewing.
  • Serenity Spa by Westgate: Also located on the property of the resort is the Serenity Spa by Westgate. After spending a few days on the ski slopes, you may be tempted to relax at this spa. Here, you can find such options as full facials, aromatherapy, deep tissue massages and Swedish style massages. Couples massages are popular, too.

Also on property are two heated outdoor pools during the summer months, hot tubs, a 24-hour fitness center and a full playground. Rooms at the Resort

The Westgate Smoky Mountain Resort offers several room options including a studio, one bedroom suite and two-bedroom suites. Guests can choose larger rooms, too, with as many as five bedrooms, though options are limited. Rooms offer various bedding arrangements but most include a small kitchenette with small kitchen appliances. The largest rooms accommodate up to 20 people and are 3600 square feet.

Nearby Attractions

The Ober Gatlinburg ski area is about five miles from the resort. Also nearby is Dollywood, a popular tourist attraction for the region paying homage to Dolly Parton. It is about a six minute drive to Dollywood from the resort. Ripley's Aquarium of the Smokies is about three miles away. The city of Gatlinburg offers a wide range of things to do year round including Smoky Mountain Springfest, which is a three-month festival starting in March offering crafts and goods.
